Triggered when a beneficiary is deleted.
When you delete a beneficiary, we will trigger this notification. The status will not be changed, with only isDeleted set to false. This means that beneficiary deletion for historical and auditing purposes are "soft deletes". Once a beneficiary is deleted, it cannot receive a payment.
