Verify a payer's KYC information with Binance before initiating a Binance Pay deposit invoice.
Validation of Binance Pay payer details is always available, regardless of whether the feature flag is enabled or disabled during invoice creation.
If the payer’s first name and last name do not exactly match their Binance account registration details, the validation will fail.
The names must be entered exactly as they appear in the payer’s Binance profile
