Validate Receiver for Binance Payout

Validate the identity of the payout receiver using Binance account information before initiating a crypto payout.

Receiver’s email address is used for Binance registration.

Receiver’s mobile phone number.

Receiver’s mobile country code (e.g., 44, for the UK 1 for the US).

Receiver’s openUserId gotten from the deposit API response.
