Removing an existing user

This page provides an overview of user removal functionality on the Client Portal

To remove an existing user, navigate to the user management overview screen and click on the kebab menu on the far right of the user row to expand additional user modification actions. Note that only users with Super Admin or Admin roles are able to remove other users. User roles are defined in the User roles defined page.


In the expanded user modification actions, clicking the 'Remove user' option will remove the required user upon confirmation of the pop up. The user that has been removed will no longer be able to log in to the platform, and if the removed user was currently logged in when they were re
