Onboarding Multiple Entities
If your organization needs to onboard additional legal entities that belong to the same group as an already onboarded company, Orbital provides a streamlined process within the Client Portal.
Each additional legal entity must undergo a separate review and approval process, even if it is part of the same parent group as an already approved entity. This ensures full compliance and proper configuration for each distinct legal operation.
Process for Onboarding Additional Entities
To onboard a new legal entity under an existing group:
- Access the Entity Switcher: Log into the Client Portal and locate the "entity switcher" at the top of the interface. This feature allows you to manage different legal entities associated with your account.
- Select "Onboard new entity": From the options presented in the entity switcher, choose "Onboard new entity."
- Confirm Parent Company/Group Name: You will be prompted to confirm the name of your parent company or the group to which this new entity belongs.
- Complete the Onboarding Process: You will then need to complete the same comprehensive onboarding process for the new entity as previously described for your initial entity. This includes:
- Providing legal and company information.
- Selecting the Orbital services the new entity will use.
- Entering regulatory status and licensing details.
- Uploading all required corporate documentation.
Completing these steps ensures all your entities are properly set up and ready to use Orbital's full suite of services.
