How to Change Your Password

You should change your password immediately if you suspect it has been compromised or simply as part of routine security maintenance.

Here are two ways to change your password:

Option 1: While Logged In

Use this method if you know your current password and are able to log in to the platform.

1. Select Profile at the top right of your screen.
2. Navigate to User Settings & Configuration > Security and login.
3. Click on your password and then click Send reset link.
4. Follow the instructions in the email you receive to set a new password.

Option 2: From the Login Screen

Use this method if you have forgotten your password and cannot log in.

1. Go to the login screen at app.getorbital.com.
2. Select Forgot password.
3. Follow the instructions sent to your registered email address.
