How to Make a Payment

You can use the Client Portal to send funds from your Corporate Accounts to approved beneficiaries in your supported currency.

Step 1: Access the Payment Page

  1. From the left-hand menu, click Treasury Solutions > Payments.
  2. On the top right of the Payments page, click Make a payment.

This opens the payment workflow, where you’ll complete each step in sequence: Account → Beneficiary → Amount → Confirmation.

Step 2: Select an account

  1. Select the account that holds the currency you want to make payment from. You'll see a list shows your available Corporate Accounts with their balances.
  2. Click Next to continue.

Step 3: Select or add a beneficiary

Payments can only be made to approved beneficiaries. You can either select an existing one or add a new one

  1. From the list, choose the added beneficiary you want to pay.
  1. If you don't have a beneficiary, you can add a new one by:
    1. Clicking + New Beneficiary.
    2. Entering the required details such as type (Business or Individual) and currency.
    3. Clicking Add Beneficiary.
    4. Then, select the newly added beneficiary from your list.

Step 4: Enter payment details

Specify how much you want the beneficiary to receive and include a description.

  1. Enter the amount in the beneficiary’s currency. Optionally, you can tick Send full account balance if you want to send all available funds.
  2. Add a payment description (required for processing).
  3. Click Next to continue.

Step 5: Confirm and submit

Carefully review the full payment summary. This includes the sending amount, fees, source account, beneficiary details, and execution date.

  1. Check all details for accuracy.
  2. Click Confirm to submit the payment.

Once submitted, the payment will show as Processing and a transaction reference will be generated. You can use this reference to track the payment in the Client Portal under Payments > Pending Payments.

Payments typically settle within a few hours. You can view their status under Pending Payments until complete, at which point they’ll move to Settled Payments.

How to Download Payment Confirmation Details

After initiating a payment, you can easily download the confirmation details for your records directly from the Client Portal.

  1. Click on any specific payment in the payment list to view its details.
  2. On the payment details page, look for and click the "Download confirmation" button (usually located on the right side of the panel or page).

This will download a PDF confirmation of your payment details to your device.
