How to Make a Payment
You can use the Client Portal to send funds from your Corporate Accounts to approved beneficiaries in your supported currency.
Start Your Payment
- Navigate to Treasury Solutions → Payments from the left-hand menu.
- On the top right of the Payments page, click Make a payment.

This opens the payment workflow, where you’ll complete each step in sequence: Account → Beneficiary → Amount → Confirmation.

- Choose the Corporate Account containing the currency you want to send from, review your available account balances and click Next.
- Select an existing approved beneficiary from the list.
OR
To add a new beneficiary:
- Click + New Beneficiary
- Enter the required details (account type, currency, account details like IBAN or Wallet Address)
- Click Add Beneficiary
New beneficiaries require compliance approval before payments can be processed. Your payment may remain pending until the beneficiary receives "Approved" status.

- Enter the amount you want the beneficiary to receive or tick Send full account balance to transfer all available funds. Add a payment description (required for processing) and click Next.

- Carefully review the full payment summary including sending amount, fees, source account, beneficiary details, and execution date.
- Once all your details are accurate and click Confirm to submit your payment.

Track Your Payment
Once submitted, your payment will show as Processing with a generated transaction reference for tracking. You can monitor payment status under Payments → Pending Payments.

Payments typically settle within a few hours and will then move to Settled Payments once the funds have been successfully delivered to your beneficiary.
How to Download Payment Confirmation Details
After initiating a payment, you can easily download the confirmation details for your records directly from the Client Portal. To save payment confirmation details:
- Click on any payment in the payment list to view its details.
- Click Download confirmation to save a PDF copy of your payment details.
