Compliance Review & MSA

Once you've submitted all your required documentation, the Orbital team begins a thorough review process. This stage ensures your application meets all necessary compliance standards, leading up to the signing of the Master Services Agreement (MSA) and your account activation.

1. Compliance Review and Platform Demo

After receiving your documentation, the Orbital onboarding team will conduct a detailed review of your application. This includes performing either Customer Due Diligence (CDD) or Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) as required, based on your entity's profile and risk assessment.

If your compliance review is successful, a member of our team will reach out to schedule a demonstration call with you. During this call, you'll get a comprehensive introduction to the Orbital platform and its various features. This is also the stage where your proposed pricing will be reviewed and discussed.

2. Signing the Master Services Agreement (MSA)

Following a successful compliance review and platform demo, Orbital will issue a Master Services Agreement (MSA). This crucial legal document outlines the terms and conditions that govern your use of the Orbital platform and all its services.

A director of the entity undergoing onboarding must digitally accept the MSA. This acceptance takes place conveniently via the Client Portal. Your account cannot be fully activated until this agreement has been digitally signed.

3. Account Activation and User Access

Once the Master Services Agreement has been accepted, your entity will be fully onboarded to the Orbital platform. At this point:

• A primary user (typically a director or the designated account administrator) will be granted initial access to the platform.
• The primary user can then begin adding additional users within your organization and configure their specific access permissions.

With these steps complete, your entity is ready to begin using the Orbital platform to perform transactions, manage treasury operations, and integrate with our APIs as needed.
