How to view Pay-Ins Transaction Details

In the Ecommerce -> Payins, you can easily view and track all your incoming payments (Pay-Ins) and access detailed information for each transaction. The Pay-Ins list provides a summary of your transactions which can help you quickly identify each entry:

  • Execution Date: The date when the transaction was processed.
  • External ID: An identifier for the transaction, often from an external system.
  • Receiving Address: The specific wallet or account address where the funds were received.
  • Transaction Hash: The unique cryptographic hash of the transaction on the blockchain (especially for crypto pay-ins).
  • Source Currency Amount: The amount and currency that was originally received (e.g., USDT (TRX) 4.00).
  • Target Currency Amount: The amount and currency after any auto-conversion (if applicable).
  • Status: The current state of the pay-in (e.g., Confirmed, Expired).

You can use the search bar at the top to find specific transactions. For more refined results, click on the Filters option on the right to narrow down your search based on various criteria.

View Detailed Pay-In Transaction Information

To explore all the specifics of a particular pay-in, Simply click anywhere on the row of the transaction you wish to examine in the Pay-Ins list, this will open a new page dedicated to the Pay In Summary". In this page, you'll see the following details:

Pay In Details

This section provides the primary information about your incoming payment.

  • Created on: Date and time the pay-in was initiated.
  • Currency: The type of currency for the pay-in.
  • Invoiced amount: The amount you expected for this pay-in.
  • User paid amount: The amount the user actually paid. This may sometimes be blank or show as '-' depending on the transaction type or state.
  • Status: The precise status of the transaction. Common statuses include:
    • Awaiting Approval: The transaction is pending review or internal confirmation.
    • Awaiting Refund: A refund process has been initiated and is pending.
    • Completed: The transaction has been successfully processed and finalized.
    • Confirmed: The transaction has been verified (e.g., on the blockchain) and is proceeding.
    • Credited: Funds have been successfully deposited into your account.
  • Cashier currency: The currency used by the cashier, if applicable.
  • KYT alert level: The alert level for Know Your Transaction, indicating the assessed risk level:
    • High: Indicates a high-risk alert.
    • Medium: Indicates a medium-risk alert.
    • Low: Indicates a low-risk alert.
    • Severe: Indicates a critical risk alert.
    • Unknown: The risk level could not be determined.

Details about the specific Orbital account receiving the funds.

  • Account name: The name of the Orbital account where the funds are directed.
  • Provided by: The entity providing the account (e.g., Pay Perform Digital Ltd).

Auto-conversion Details

If your pay-in involved an automatic currency conversion, this section will show the details of that process.

  • Currency: The original currency of the incoming payment (e.g., USDT (TRX)).
  • Currency credited: The currency your funds were converted into (e.g., GBP).
  • Rate: The exact exchange rate applied during the conversion.
  • Amount credited: The final amount received after conversion.
  • Conversion provided by: The entity that facilitated the currency conversion.

Blockchain Transaction Details

For transactions on a blockchain, this section provides specifics about the on-chain activity.

  • Created on: Date and time the blockchain transaction was recorded.
  • Amount: The amount involved in the blockchain transaction.
  • Mined: Date and time the transaction was mined (confirmed on the blockchain).
  • Transaction Hash: The unique identifier on the blockchain.
  • State: The status of the blockchain transaction (e.g., Complete).
