User roles defined

User role definitions can be accessed on the user management overview screen by clicking 'View roles' on the top right of the screen. The roles and their permissions are detailed below. For more information on user management functionality, refer to the User Management on the Client Portal page.

Super Admin

Super Admins are the signatories of the entity and have the highest level of access and authority on the platform. To create a new Super Admin, please reach out to Orbital customer services or your account manager.

Admin

Admins are not signatories and have the second highest level of access. Admins can be added from the user management function on the platform by Super Admins only.

Creator
