How to make an Internal Transfer Between Accounts
Internal transfers let you move funds between your own accounts of the same currency. This is useful for tasks like topping up an eCommerce account from your Corporate balance, or consolidating funds back into your main Corporate account.
Internal transfers do not perform currency conversion. If you want to move funds between currencies, use the Convert option instead.
Step 1: Initiate an Internal Transfer
- From the Accounts page, click the three-dot menu (ellipsis) next to the account you want to move funds from.
- From the dropdown menu, select Internal transfer. This will open the "Internal Transfer" dialog.

From the dropdown menu, select Internal transfer. This will open the Internal Transfer dialog.
Step 2: Configure Transfer Details
In the Internal Transfer dialog, provide the details for your transfer:
- Choose the internal account you want to transfer funds to. This can be either a Corporate account or an eCommerce account.
Only accounts of the same currency as the source account will be available for selection.
- Enter the exact amount you wish to transfer. Alternatively, you can tick the Transfer full account balance checkbox if you want to move all available funds from the source account.
- Add a brief description note for the transfer. This helps with easier reconciliation later.
- Click Transfer, once all details are correctly entered.

The balances of both accounts will update immediately to reflect the transfer.
After the transfer is complete, the transaction will appear in the "Pending Transactions" (briefly) and then "Settled Transactions" lists for both the source and target accounts. Your Balances in the Accounts overview will also update immediately.
