Creating a new internal transfer
This page provides an overview of how to create a new internal transfer on the Client Portal
Internal transfers are same currency transfers between a client's Orbital accounts. Users are able to create internal transfers between Corporate accounts, Corporate accounts to/from Ecommerce accounts, and Receivable accounts to Corporate accounts.
An internal transfer can be initiated from the Accounts screen, or when viewing a specific account's overview.
On initiation, the internal transfer creation form pops up and requires the user to select which account they wish to transfer funds to, enter an amount to transfer and submit the internal transfer for processing.
Initiating an internal transfer from the Accounts screen
When on the accounts screen, accounts can be viewed as cards or in a list format. In both of these views, there is a kebab menu for each account that expands actions related to the account. The accounts kebab menu can be activated by hovering the cursor over the kebab icon on the account card / list item, and then selecting the "-> Internal transfer" action.
Initiating an internal transfer from the account overview
After clicking on an account from the Accounts screen, the user is taken to the account overview where they can initiate an internal transfer via the internal transfer icon on the top right of the screen.
